I am moving and doing school from home during the second semester so I need to find someone to take over my lease. I am in a 4 bedroom but one room sits empty and I have two female roommates. We’re all pretty quiet and tend to stick to ourselves. If you were interested in taking over my lease you would be taking on a lease that does not end until may unless you choose to renew the lease for another year. I can move all my things out as soon as you let me know you want it and we begin that process. I am attaching pictures of the apartment from Redpoints Website. Redpoint has a pool, clubhouse with a gym and pool tables, as well as a small doggy park.
