Property Description

Hi! I am a current MSU student looking to sublease my apartment for the upcoming summer. I have one other roommate who will be staying at the apartment for half the week. It would be preferred that the renter identifies as a female. The apartment will come fully furnished and we can make arrangements for wifi. There is a free parking spot included and the apartment has a balcony as well. Utilities are extra but should not exceed $50/month max. The apartment is very close to campus (directly next to Holmes Hall) and is on the second floor with a nice view.
