Room available for Summer 2023

Property Description

Im currently looking for someone to take over my apartment lease for summer 2023. The lease will start in May (the beginning day can be discussed) and ends July 31. The place is about a 10 minutes drive from campus and has a free bus pass. The bus comes by the complex about every 20 minutes. I have people roommates, but they will most likely not be at the apartment over the summer. If you want to see pictures of the apartment, you can easily see a model on the Tremont website, or you can also contact me. The complex has access to a pool, a volleyball and basketball court, a gym, study areas, and free parking outside the apartment. Also, my roommate is also willing to rent her private room, so if you have a friend you would like to rent with, it works out perfectly.
