Room for Rent for Summer or longer!!

Property Description

I'm looking to sublease my room at Highland Village Apartments from May-August 8th. It's an unfurnished room (besides a cabinet, the bedframe and mattress if needed, and a built in desk) with a shared bathroom in a 4-bed loft unit. The rent is $780 with a $50 utility fee on average, so around $830/month.
There is in-unit laundry, a full kitchen with dishwasher and spacious living room attached. The room is in the upstairs loft, which has an amazing view of the forested back area, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. There is ample closet space, and the room itself holds all my stuff with space to spare (and I'm a musician with lots of gear).
