Room for Sublease- UNC Chapel Hill

Property Description

Hi y'all! I am subleasing my room for the 2022-2023 year in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house at 504 S Merritt Mill Road, Chapel Hill, NC, 27516. You will be sharing the house with two roommates and the bathroom with just one other person. You will need to furnish the bedroom, but the rest of the house is already set up. Ideally, you will be able to move in the 2nd week of September, but am flexible if you need to move in earlier. Our house is about a 12 minute walk to campus and has a bus stop just right across the street. My roommate has a dog and while pets are welcome, they must meet beforehand to make sure they get along.
