Hi! I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease & live with these wonderful roomies!

I need someone to take over my lease for Spring 2023 ASAP!! It’s a 4-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the apartment complex; 4 separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom & closet. All rooms come unfurnished. On the floor plan, my room is bedroom B (highlighted in yellow). The apartment is pet friendly! One of the girls has a cat, but she’s super sweet. I love the girls that live here! They are so wonderful & are super chill!
The rent is $548/month + ~$65 utilities = $613/month. There is a fridge, oven, microwave, AC, in-unity laundry. The complex has 2 pools, a hot tub, lazy river, multiple gyms, study rooms, printers, parking, pet friendly, etc. It’s also a 5min drive to Clemson campus! DM here if are interested! Thanks 😊
