I am looking to sublet my room for this summer. The room is in Shortbread Lofts and is available from May 10-July 31. The apartment comes with a kitchen, access to a gym, a salon, and free coffee in the lobby. The complex also has an awesome roof with a fire pit! Located on Rosemary St, it is super close to campus. Super flexible about how long you want to sublet. The rent would be $900/month, but I am willing to negotiate the price. Message me if you are interested!
