Property Description

I am graduating in December and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The room is a great size with a walk-in closet and a jack and jill bathroom layout. The kitchen is clean, large, and has stone counter tops. The sublessee would have three male housemates, two grad students and one UNC grad taking a gap year while applying to medical school. They are all respectful housemates. There are upstairs neighbors who are also quiet and respectful. The room will be unfurnished.
