Roommate Wanted at Saddleview Apartments

Property Description

You will be taking over a sublease for one of the bedrooms. The lease ends May 6th, but you will have the possibility of renewal. Located in a great area. A grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, downtown is a 30-minute walk, and a trailhead for Main Street to Mountains is across the street. It is a pet-friendly apartment.

I am a 27-year-old gamer with a 4-year-old corgi who isn't the best around big dogs so I would prefer a smaller dog if you have one. I am a gamer so the internet is fast, but I can sometimes be loud later at night on the weekends. I would prefer another gamer around my age if possible.

Everything in the apartment is furnished except for your bedroom. Utilities are not included in the rent, but we will split. If you need to move in later or earlier, please let me know, and it will be negotiated.
