Looking for 4 people who are interested in staying in Chapel Hill over the summer to sublease in a 2bed 2bath in Shortbread lofts. In a perfect central location walking distance to campus and directly behind Franklin street. Sublease would run from as early as May 10, 2023 — July 27, 2023. We will all be leaving Chapel Hill for the summer so the apartment will be in its original state and all of our belongings will be removed.
Layout is B2, both rooms and bathrooms are shared.
Rent is $890/month for each tenant — this includes utilities (water, heating/air, electric), Wi-Fi, fully furnished, and TV. Fitness center is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Rent is stable (doesn’t change based on increased utility use). Friendly and prompt management and good student community in the complex!
