Property Description

It’s a bedroom in a 4x4 layout. Bedroom B. It’s in an apartment with 3 other girls. I want to take over another bedroom basically because I have a cat and one of my roommates is allergic so it probably would be preferable if you didn’t have a cat. Rent is $745/mo. Pretty much all utilities are included in the rent (including wifi). I only pay like $13/mo in my electric usage.

I see some people are wanting to lease for winter and I really want to switch into another bedroom, I could be convinced to pay for a month's rent for you if you are able to do a lease takeover in time for me to.
