Looking for someone to rent my room at the retreat for the Spring Semester. It is a Milledge 4x4.5 cottage, fully furnished. Everyone has private bathrooms and a HUGE closet. The bedrooms are also very spacious. All utilities are included except for electricity which is not much at all. Some amenities included trash concierge, a pool, hot tub, sauna, golf simulator, two story gym and study rooms. Parking is completely free and there is also lots of guest parking for your friends.
