It is located at the Standard (405 South Main Street). The room comes furnished with new washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, and a large storage area. (Please remember that all furniture and TV are included, plus I will offer an almost new Mattress cost around $800)

The building is located right next to downtown, and central campus is a 10-minute walk away. The building is a newly completed apartment (Aug 2022), and it includes amenities such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, a common lounge, and an outdoor patio (BBQ area).
