Sublease at Quarters in Oxford, MS (May-End of July 2023)

I am looking to sublease my 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom unit within furnished apartment that currently I’m leasing with three guys at the Quarters (101 Creekmore Blvd, Oxford, MS 38655)
I'm an undergrad student currently living at the Quarters with three roommates. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer and the unit will be available from May until the end of July. The unit consists of a private, furnished bedroom and bathroom, with a shared balcony, dining room, living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The apartment includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven/range, AC, and amenities offered by the Quarters (clubhouse, fitness center, pool, volleyball and tennis court)
Rent would $485 (negotiable) monthly, which inclused internet and water, but not the electric bill, which will be separate.
