This room is available from the beginning of 2023 and lease will end at July 31, 2023.
This Room is part of a 3-bedroom apartment and has new hardwood floors/bathroom after being redesigned by the Quarters of Oxford.
The apartment has its own washing machine, a dryer, dishwasher, stove, refridgerator, and a kitchen/living/dining area with balcony that are shared by 2 amazing roommates. (All male)
The apartment complex offers many things such as a fitness center, a pool, etc., from their recently redesigned main office!
The base rent is $556 per month with internet, water, and basic furnishings included (Desk, drawer, closet). Electric is paid extra.
The location is The Quarters - 101 Creekmore Blvd, 38655 Oxford, MS.
