Hello! I am hoping to sublease (lease takeover) my private bedroom/bathroom at Roosevelt Point, located at 888 N 4th St, Phoenix, AZ 85004 right in the heart of downtown and Roosevelt Row.

-The unit is a spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom on the 6th floor.
-Comes with in-unit laundry and a designated parking space in a gated, covered garage.
-There is also a gym, pool, study rooms, movie screening room, etc.
-The unit is furnished and wifi is included.
-There is an electricity bill in addition to rent (~$50/month).

My roommates are awesome! They all go to ASU’s Downtown Phoenix campus. Two are in graduate school and one is an undergraduate student.

The lease is from now through 7/31/23 and rent is $1,039/month. Ideally, it would be great if someone could move in either December 1 or January 15, but these dates are flexible.
