Hi! I’m studying abroad in the spring, so I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for Spring & Summer 2024 (January-July). Rent is $1000 month + utilities but I’m willing to negotiate! The apartment complex is about 5 minutes to campus and my roommates are super great if you want to make some friends!You would have your own room, bathroom, parking spot and there’s laundry in-unit as well as a gym and pool.
