My son is looking to sublease his apartment at the Clemson Lofts. The apartment is a four bedroom four bath with a living room, loft, and kitchen. He has three roommates who are a lot of fun and easy to get along with. They are 21-22. They have a great group of friends. He subleasing because he graduates in December. The lease includes utilities.
