My son is looking for someone to take over his lease for 8/7/2023-7/22/2024. 7-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with 6 other roommates (great guys, all sophomores at IU). Located about a 10-minute walk from campus, comes with a washer and dryer and parking is available behind the house. House is recently remodeled, basement partially finished, and is in very good condition. Rent would be 800 a month plus utilities.
