Howdy!! I am subleasing my room in The Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek for the Summer 2023 term, from May 2023 - July 29th 2023. My rent is $520 which includes all utilizes except electricity each month.
Details: All roommates are graduating in May and will be moving out. There is a gym, 2 pools, a spin cycle room, study rooms all over, and the staff and maintenance are amazing. Private bathroom, the room comes furnished and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Route 27 bus is right in front and goes straight to campus, there is an H-E-B and target less than 5 mins away. I loved living here but I am moving back to Houston for the Summer and need to sublease! Please message me if you have any questions or are interested!
