Hi I am looking for a female student to take over my lease from January 2023 - May 2023. The apartment is located in 128 Gazette Ave 40508 (across UK Hospital; besides UK College of Pharmacy; and a two minute walk from the nearest bus stop). It is a three bedroom apartment with two bathroom. The room I am looking to sublease has its own private bathroom. I pay $660 monthly with utilities and parking included. The apartment also has a washer and dryer inside the unit. I currently have two other female roommates. There is a deposit of $525. The apartment will be available starting January 14. Because of this, January's rent will be covered.
