Subleasing room at the collective for fall/spring of 2023

Property Description

This is a 4 bed 4 bath house. I am subleasing my bed/bath. I would like to sublease to a girl because all the other roommates are girls. It is pet friendly, gym access, pool and hot tub, and club house with study rooms and game room. There is a walk in closet and access to the balcony directly from the room. There are 3 other roommates but they all have private rooms and are all very nice (all girls around 22 years old). This room is on the 2nd floor. there is in unit washer/dryer and free parking.
