Hello ya'll,
I'm subletting my room for the remainder of the school year (Now-July 31)
1,004/month + utilities (Split amongst roommates)
Quad unit apart of the Texan. As a quad you'll have 3 other roommates that share a living room and Kitchen, while everyone has a private bedroom and bathroom. The unit will be unfurnished, although the other 3 residence did furnish the shared living spaces. All 3 residents are males attending UT.
You'll have a parking space in the parking garage below the complex, if you have a car. Though you'll be a short walk; 10-15 minutes, from pretty much all of west campus, and campus.
I've already payed Januarys rent, but you can move in pretty much today if needed and just take over payments in February after signing the lease.
