Summer 2023 Sublet

If you are looking to sublet for summer 2023, this is a great choice! I’m looking for 4-6 people to sublet a house for this summer (any amount of time from June 1st to around August 30th) This house is newly renovated and you will be the first renters. My group of 6 girlfriends and I are using it in the fall semester 2023. We are sharing the 2 upstairs rooms because there’s more than enough room!

It is absolutely beautiful and we were even shocked to find such a lovely house so close to campus! It includes 2 full bathrooms, 4 good sized bedrooms (2 can be easily shared), a new kitchen with a new fridge/appliances, a large unfinished basement with a new washer and dryer, a cute front porch, back deck, large lot to accommodate 4 cars easily (definitely room for 6+), and lots of natural light and character.

The landlord is awesome, a fresh UMass grad! He is very easy going, amazing with communication and easy to work with. He is totally okay with subletters as long as we keep this house in great condition!

Our lease starts June 1st, 2023 and goes to May 31st, 2024. We would be very open to having anyone come look at the house once we are moved in (or if need be possibly sooner)!
