Looking for someone to take over SUMMER lease ASAP as I got a new job out of state. Lease ends in July but can be extended. PET FRIENDLY. FIBER INTERNET. The place has an EXTRA ROOM downstairs that could be converted into a bedroom if you have 3 people. Great location and great management. WILL PAY for any lease change fees. Flexible with price depending on request. Place is partially furnished that I am willing to part with for free. (Can empty out the place too)
