Summer Sublease: One bedroom Available in a Fully Furnished 4B*4B Apartment at Lark West Lafayette

Hello Everyone, I am subleasing my room for the upcoming summer since I would be out of town for an internship. This will start from May 10 - Aug 10, 2023. Move in and move out dates are negotiable (probably +/- 3 days). The unit is a very clean and among one of the comfortable units around campus with early morning buses from the apartment straight to Purdue Campus starting from 7:07am on week days. On weekends, Bus 8 (Klondike Extension)stops by the apartment in a two minute walk to the bus stop. Utility mostly costs between $30- $45/50 in summer. Thus, the entire room plus utility will cost around $500 each month or less in summer. Preferably, a male occupant will be the best choice for this unit since all my other roommates are males.
