This is a completely furnished house and bedroom that I am subleasing for Spring Semester 2023 (starting January 17th-June) these dates can be negotiated! My bedroom will come with bed frame, mattress and topper, ac unit, fan, dresser, vanity/desk area, roku T.V., under the bed storage, full body mirror, and a big closet with hangers. My room is located right next to one out of the three bathrooms in the house, which all include a shower! There are two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining space, storage spaces, laundry unit (free laundry), parking spaces, and a wrap-around porch with outside seating and a hammock! All of those spaces are completely furnished! The price can be negotiated as well!
