Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Varsity. I am only leasing ONE room. It is super close to campus (2 minute walk to North Quad, <10 minute walk to Michigan Union, Diag, and CCTC) with several bus stops near by, and great food options on State St and Stray Hen only two doors away. You also get a GORGEOUS view of all of Ann Arbor facing both the Big House and the Clock Tower (there are two windows!)
My roommates are one other junior, one senior, and one grad student. There is also an in unit washer and dryer, and since my room is on the 7th floor, it is temperature controlled throughout the year. You can adjust the heater or AC within that range. The place also comes with a furnished room (includes mattress and desk only), living room, and kitchen as pictured, and I can provide more details upon request. Plus, you get a private bathroom and plenty of closet space. Pets are allowed but must be discussed with the leasing office, and there is a decent amount of parking nearby plus a garage across the street.
