Townhome to Sublet with Private Bedroom & Bathroom

Hi there!
I have a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 1716 sq. Ft. townhome at The Arrows Townhomes and Flats that I am looking for someone to sublet. It comes furnished with a dresser, desk, nightstand, and a queen size bed with a headboard as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in closet attached to it. My rent is $980-$1000 a month (depending on utilities for the month). My lease is from August-July 2024 with a flexible move-in date between August 1 - August 15. I have 3 other roommates who are students and keep to themselves & are quiet. I currently don’t have pictures of my unit but I have attached stock photos from their website.
