I am subleasing my room in a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom apartment at Lark Gainesville. The room is fully furnished and the contract is from January 2023 to July 2023. The roommates are 3 girls that are super nice, friendly and respectful.

The apartment complex is great, all common areas are kept very clean and management is friendly and very reactive. Amenities include among others a two-story gym, a pool, a study area with conference rooms and study booths. The area is nice and quiet, not far from Shands Hospital and within walking distance to campus.

There is a garage for parking but it’s an extra $100 a month. Everything is included on rent besides electricity.
