Waterloo 29th floor inside room (Austin)

Property Description

My room is a 4 x 4 on the 29th floor of Austin's tallest apartment tower with glorious views of UT and the surroundings from the common area. The room is well furnished with an attached bathroom, but it does not have any windows. The washer/dryer is right across from my room. The kitchen is large. Two flights up and you are at the gym and the rooftop pool.

The room is available from May 1 to July 31, both days inclusive. A sublet agreement is required and will have to be entered into with Waterloo, which may charge a small fee. Utilities run about $30/month.

I'm paying $1,235 per month in rent and are discounting it by $160 because I will be home for the summer and we have no use for it. Please call me at 682.401.5281 if you're in Austin. I will be glad to provide a tour of the building and the apartment/room.
