Winter Semester Sublease (Summer Optional)

Property Description

This is a large bedroom within a 6-bedroom house right next to central campus. The room comes furnished with a bed/desk/dresser plus a large bookshelf I am happy to leave behind. Bathroom shared with 2 roommates, recently remodeled kitchen. I am looking to sublet from January through the end of the school year, but the room runs through August, and I am happy to extend the sublease until then.
