The apartment building is clean, with a laundry room on each floor. It has city bus transit next at a 4-minute walk and a 30-minute walk to campus. Aldi and Walmart are a 5 minute walk. Shuttle service to campus and downtown runs every 45 minutes. I can provide in-person visits as well for a better idea of the space Or inbox. Hawksridge do have parking.
