1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom + Parking in Tempe!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Cavnas Tempe (1028 E. Orange St.). The months would be January - July 2023 and you can move in as soon as Jan. 1st! It is a 4 bed, 4 bath but I would only be renting my unit. There's a private bedroom & bathroom, walk-in closet, and parking spot in garage! It comes fully furnished with a bed and desk/desk chair. Washer & dryer included. Lots of amazing ammenities as well: pool, hot tub, gym, spray tan machine, podcast recording studio, clubhouse, study rooms and more! I am moving out to study abroad during Spring 2023 so I am desperate to find someone!
