Hi!, a single room is 2B2B apartment in Traver Ridge (Traver heights) is available for sublease starting mid October till Aug 2023 or further. You'll be subleasing the second room (both rooms are almost identical in floor space), comes with separate bathroom & walk-in closet.
The rent would be around 950$ per month (+utilities). I'm subleasing because I'm relocating. Can also provide furnishing -- study table, monitors etc.
