12 North Relet

We are needing someone to relet my daughter's room located in 12 North. 2Bd/2Ba. Her current roommate is male and would prefer a male roommate. He is a Junior studying Engineering.

Per the 12 North website, her floorplan is $875/month. If you relet her room you will pay the rate at the time she signed her lease. $675

The apartment is located at the end of the hall so there is very little hallway noise. The apartment complex is located directly behind Northgate.
