Rent is $425, wifi is $15 monthly and utilities vary, but definitely under $50. There is also the option to renew the lease for next year. The common areas are also already fully furnished! Multiple bus stops for the Blacksburg Transit are in the neighborhood. I have also linked the virtual tour. This is a steal for an off campus apartment near VT, so act quick!!
