I am looking for a female to take my space in a 2 bed/2 bath, 3rd floor unit behind Publix in an updated Preston Place Unit, asap, right next to University of Alabama campus. Must be a UA student or work for UA.

Landlord requires new lease, current roommate will stay. Co-signers okay. This is a College Station Property & they have been great landlords. I wish I didn't need to move out.

$550 per month rent, plus electric, water & internet service. Free offstreet parking.
