Hi everyone! My name is Meredith Phillips and we are looking for someone to sublease a single bedroom in our house from January 1st, 2023 to June 30th, 2023 (girls preferred). The house is a 4 bed, 3 bath with rent for the room being $1100 (utilities not included; ~$100 per month). The room is completely unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. There are 2 living rooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. There is also a backyard with a new fence, 2 spots for cars in the driveway + free street parking. It is about an 8-minute drive to campus and close to shopping centers like Target and Costco. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very homey feel. You would be living with 3 college girls.
