I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Aqua apartments for January 1st (I’m flexible though for end of December) It’s 1 bedroom, 1 bath, Washer and dryer in unit, all hardwood floors, a good size front patio with grass turf. The current lease is through August 31st with option to resign. Base rent, w/d, fees and taxes it’s around 1550$ a month. Front office and maintenance are really great! I have been here a year and a half and have loved it, I am only moving out because of a new job out of state. Willing to help with application fees and signing over my deposit to you! Let me know!
