I am subletting a room in a 3Bed 1.5 Bath house. This house is available for graduate students or working professionals. Undergraduate students are not allowed. The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. The house location is 15 minutes walk from bus stop and 10 minutes by car from UMass campus.(It's on route of 38,36, R29)
The rent is $766 per month, utilities not included. There is a security deposit (refundable) and last month rent due at move in, $766 each, totaling to $1532.

There are two female UMass graduate students living in the house and they are both quiet and friendly. The landlord doesn't allow parties or smoking at this house.
