Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from Jan - July 2023 since I'm graduating in December. The house is a 5 bedroom located in the back of the neighborhood right on the water! There are currently 3 other girls living here, though one is moving out in December as well and one room is currently vacant. My room is located on the top floor and is the only room on the floor; it comes with its own thermostat, a walk-in closet, and large bathroom. The house is pet friendly, one roommate has a cat, and the girls are very chill. Rent is $620 a month and the electricity bill is split and runs about $30-40 a month. The Pier has plenty of amenities including 3 gyms and 2 pools and the CATbus runs daily to campus and downtown!
