Hello! My sister and I are looking to sublease our apartment from May 15th-July 30th. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit at Hawks Ridge in Iowa City. The apartment is fully furnished and the complex includes many amenities such as a full gym, basketball court, brand new laundry machines, etc. Rent is $684 per person ($1,368 total) per month plus utilities which are usually around $40 a month. There is also available covered parking for an extra $30 a month. The month of May is already paid for so you would only be responsible for June and July.
