Currently renting a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment at Chapel Ridge that we will be moving out of at the end of April. Our lease doesn’t end until July 31, so we are looking for some people to move in, with the option to renew for the year as well! The apartment is on MLK and only about 10 minutes from school (15-20 by bus). It is fully furnished (beds, desks, couch, table, chairs, etc.) and rent is currently $765 per bedroom, plus each bedroom has its own bathroom. Laundry room has an in unit washer and dryer provided. Currently water, electricity, and trash are included in the rent and there is free Wi-Fi through the apartment complex. The renewed lease will increase the monthly rate per person to $869, and electric will not be included. You can have pets!!
