* The landlord regularly gets someone to clean the apartment, so the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. are all really clean.
* 2 minutes away from the CN/CS bus stop, the CN/CS bus can easily help you get to Central or North Campus. Other than that, by walking, it’s 10 minutes from SQ; 5 minutes from the big house; 15 minutes from Diag.
