Apartment near UVA

Hello!
I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment for the 2023 Spring Semester. I live with 3 amazing girls in the Standard Apartment building in Charlottesville, Virginia!(https://thestandardcharlottesville.landmark-properties.com/amenities/)
We share a kitchen, laundry room, and living space, but your bedroom and full bathroom are private. The apartment is a 10-minute (max) walk to Central Grounds at the University of Virginia and a 15-minute walk to Downtown Charlottesville. There are also many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops close by. Living here you have access to a gym, pool, study spaces, printer, wifi, parking, etc. The room/living space are neatly kept, modern, and clean! The bedroom comes with a desk, dresser, closet, bed, and mattress while the kitchen and living space is fully stocked with everything you can imagine! This is the perfect place for an undergraduate, graduate, or study abroad student at UVA to live!
I have loved living here and I hope someone else can share my enthusiasm next semester!
