I'm looking for someone to sublease my room for the spring semester (January - mid July)! This apartment unit is two bedroom, two bath, so you will only be living with the other tenant (female). I am offering $600 in cash to any subletter since I graduate in December and would rather give an incentive than continue paying for an empty room.
