Property Description

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished apartment. Also, the apartment is on the top floor so you don’t have to deal with any noise above you. For parking, there is a UTK parking spot area right next to Aspen that I paid $100 for the full year, both semesters, instead of paying the monthly fee that Aspen Heights offers. It was just a way to save money on my end but I get it if that’s not your preference! Also, there is a CVS right underneath Aspen that is open until midnight so it’s always nice to be able to walk down and grab stuff late at night. You are also on the strip (Cumberland Ave.) which is the main road that leads to campus. It’s also fully furnished including a tv so you don’t have to worry about that. It also has a pool and workout facility. The move in-date is negotiable if the date is too late or too early. Let me know if you have any more questions!
