Hi! My name is Allison and I’m looking for someone to sublease my room in a 4-bedroom apartment from right now through the end of summer 2023.
The apartment is in Redpoint Apartments. The apartment itself is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit that is fully furnished. There are two separate floors. The main floor being the living area and kitchen. The bottom floor contains all four bedrooms with their private baths. In addition, there is an in-unit washer and dryer. There is also a private shuttle through CityBus that goes to Purdue every 30 minutes.
My three former roommates are very kind, warm, and polite. We also have a furry roommate (a cat) named Oliver!
Rent costs $479/month + water bill paid to Redpoint + a separate electrical bill (through the company Duke).
