Bedroom lease on w bed apartment

Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me on my lease starting early-mid November. The room would be in a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath apartment, and the complex is only an 8-10 minute drive to ASU Tempe campus! My current roommate will be staying on the lease and is female age 24. The complex does allow pets but we prefer no dogs. Rent would be around $800 a month plus utilities (usually comes out to around $110 a person).
